Pune Ganesh Temple and Pataleshwar Cave Temple

 Event:

Adho Mukha Virasana - blankets between feet legs, hands on 2 foam blocks stacked, we pushed back to adho mukha svanasana hands still on foam stack - today was forward bends, paschimottansana this is an intense forward bend, 1 exhale go down hold there 2 exhale go down more touch the shin...to 10.  Again holding foam blocks stacked on edge with feet in middle hands holding edges, bring dorsal in like an earthworm dip go forward dip go forward...

Pranayama - Bhramari

 we did Bhramari sitting with head level, then with jalandhara bandha, then digital, then supine with below setup, 2 foam blocks, blanket for head she said only 1 blanket not high blanket and a rolled belt lying flat as shown high on back just below the neck to lift the top sternum
