Back home, Last morning, Prashantji's class
Some thoughts from Prashants's class.
Bring breath awareness to the mind and breath awareness to the body then the potential is unlimited in the manifestation.
Know your constitution, what was my constitution yesterday when I came to the hall and I was the only one here (so funny, the last day of the intensive at Balewadi), for 2 hours all alone. Then today my constitution when it's crowded for some reason.
You are in a state of well being kitchen.
You are like children who get clean textbooks and at the end of the year you have been so careful they can be resold as new, no reading no writing. You keep your yoga practice clean.
I loved his class. I loved how his teaching forces you to see the truth in what he says and really examine your practice. He did divide the class into 3 groups: janu sirsasana, rope sirsasana, and utthita hasta padangusthasana taking the breath and awareness from the pelvis to the diaphram to the back body. then back to the mat to listen to his insight on getting us to really look at our practice then rotate the groups then back to the mat to sit and listen...just wonderful oh and of course yogaaaa and yog :) the most important class is the class after the class

Our favorite waitress, Shivaka |
The other morning at the Marriott a waiter brought me chilled bottled water but had not brought the ice i requested so i asked him again and he said 'are you sure it is very cold', I explained that i wanted it over the top cold just on this side of being a solid. Tatyana has spent the 2 weeks telling all waiters 'She is from Texas' as if this explains all my weirdness, which she may have a point, so on our last morning I ask Shivaka after she brought the herbal tea for some chilled water and a cup of ice and she said 'No' which cracked me up so after much begging and my solemn promise that I would drink the ice water first before the herbal tea she brought it and Tatyana again tells her 'my friend is Texan', all is explained
Landed Friday morning at 9:30 at DFW which was odd because I had already spent 9:30 on Friday morning flying over Russia, how odd. You would think i would do great things living the same morning twice but i went from sitting comatose in an airplane over russia to standing comatose in dfw going through immigration.
It was a wonderful experience, so glad I attended. Happy to be home.
